We are selling one of our rank and rent assets. This is a site that earns money by receiving phone call leads in a specific city for a home service niche. The phone calls are paid for by a contractor(s) in the city.

It gets phone calls that an outsourced sales team sends directly to a contractor that pays for the leads + commissions on the job they close.

The team takes 25% commission on all sales, but handles everything (account management, finding additional contractors, phone call payment collection, tracking all the leads, and a monthly report) Payouts are sent via PayPal around the 2nd week of each month.

We actually have a pending offer of $20,000, with $17k down and payout over following several months. But, hoping to get closer to $30,000 cash or 60-75% down + seller financing, but likely will accept offers on the way there.

The ahrefs screenshot above shows a huge amount of opportunity for new buyer with good local SEO chops, but, what matters more than the website is everywhere where the phone number is found and called online, and the calls it's receiving, also pictured for last 2 months in total.
