Matt came from a real estate investing background before launching handshaking.com back in late 2014. After learning how to buy real estate assets, improve them, and rent them out for monthly income, Matt started doing the same thing, but online.
His favorite part of working at Handshakin is having the opportunity to learn more about other cultures and meet and hang out with the fully remote and Filipino team twice per year. |

VP of Sales & Marketing Before joining Handshakin', Anne, from Bulacan, worked with different companies in the industry of Web Development, Travel, Market Research and Real Estate. Unlike previous companies she have worked with, Hazzel claims that Handshakin is a tightly-knit team who works closely together to achieve the goals for the individuals first, and the the company.

Annaditha:
Annaditha, from Quezon, has a 10 years experience in sales, customer service, virtual assistant, and project leader. Working with Handshaking was a great opportunity for her because she's able to work with supportive teammates. She lives in Quezon City.

Meet Kathryn, one of the members of the SEO team of Handshakin.com. She's from Lemery, Batangas who works remotely for the company.
Before she joined the team, she has been an all-rounder freelance virtual assistant for her clients mostly doing administrative tasks and social media management. As she ventures her new journey as a SEO team member, she feels very grateful for the opportunity of working with great minds, detail-oriented and supportive team. |
Dan:
Dan is one of the members of the SEO team of Handshakin.com. He's from Victoria Tarlac City.
Almost two years of experience as a virtual assistant/personal assistant. He worked at Digital Marketing Agency with different clients and tasks. |
Uzzel:
Uzzel, from Davao, has worked for Handshakin since the early days, Uzzel worked with Matt back during his first company, Holmes Real Estate Group. Back then, Matt and Uzzel were renting physical real estate and increasing the value of their assets.
Today, Matt and Uzzel develop online assets and rent out the monthly value with the help of the SEO and sales teams. Each of Handshakin's online assets provide value to contractors by capturing the information of leads searching for concrete, roofing, and window tinting quotes in US cities in between 100,000 to 500,000 in population. |

Rizza is from Bulacan and currently living in Manila. An accountant for 6 yrs, with experience in real estate industry. Started working as a bookkeeper and also helps with HR matters for Handshaking since mid-July 2022.
