No Treats Tuesday

Similar to Sunday, stay away from unhealthy treats, none of that today. 

Whole Grain Wednesday

Switch out the white for wheat. No chips or white carb bullshit. 

Thirsty Thursday

Drink 1.5 gallons of water. Try a glass before each meal. You'll be too full for any junk.

Gluten Free Friday

Watch out for sauces! Oh and gluten free pasta is a real thing, find some recipes here.  

Social Saturday

Eat whatever, really whatever you want. Only ask today is that you make a new friend, you social butterfly. Add them on social media if you dare.

Sugarfree Sunday

Stay away from sugar. That means no candy, sweets, cookies, cupcakes and other baked goodies.
