What Are the Expectations for Apprentices?

• During the initial 2-week training period, you will be collecting information (think intern, but paid, and having an exceptional time abroad) to familiarize yourself with Handshaking's operations and methodologies.
• After 2 weeks, we expect our apprentice to demonstrate a strong desire to learn, as well constructively contributing to the company's sales growth and creating improved processes.

Who is Matt?

Learn more about your direct manager, the CEO / Founder

Although we are a remote team, your housing and lodging will be right next to Matt, meaning you'll be working together multiple days per week.

What is expected of me big picture?

• Hours: 40 hours / week (flexible hours)
• Slack messages: Very responsive
• Email & Calendar: up to date & checked daily.
• Daily End of Day (EOD) reports

Job Duties:

• Assist CEO on improving existing processes.
• Suggest new processes that should be written down and implemented
• Work with the sales team and SEO team, improve productivity and team member satisfaction.
• Work with the company attorney and accountant on select projects
• Help increase productivity and sales enough to continue working here longer than 3 months.  Good luck!
