Review go-to-market strategy, competition, and next steps. TO DO: Review executive summary, meet with two other mentees Month 5: Executing (1-ON-1) What are your next 3 to dos? How are you going to get your idea online so you can share it with people? What online resources can you sign up for this week? TO DO: Identify 3 to dos and online resources Month 6: Follow-up (GROUP): Are you ready to recruit a formal advisor? How will you keep your momentum? How will you hold yourself acccountable with your group? TO DO: Plan specific to do’s with dates Group Happy Hour Graduation Celebrate and take a one day break before getting back to the grind. |
